admin.cgi won't confirm/function

admin.cgi won't confirm/function
When I add categories or links using admin.cgi, instead of getting a success or failure message, the main admin page just rebuilds itself in the cgimain frame. It looks weird... a frameset within a frameset. I have yet to successfully add a link or category to my system. The database files remain empty. Any suggestions?

The problem is with the $db_script_path and $db_admin_url configurations in your links.cfg file.
