admin.cgi gives me 500 - Internal server error
Hi there!

I was hoping you could help me out with this problem I am having. Well, admin.cgi is experiencing problems lately but I dunno why.

I hadn't used it to edit the links for about a month, when one day I tried to access it and a HTTP 500 - Internal server error came up on a those white IE pages (also the same in Netscape). I tried uploading the old admin.cgi just in case the admin.cgi was altered by me by mistake one day, but it still came up the same.

If you have experienced this before please tell me how to fix it!

Also, a few more things I'd like to add to the record... there are quite a few applicants waiting to be added to the search engine (say a bit under 15)... plus I try accessing all the other .cgi files in the directory such as nph-build.cgi and they do the same thing as well! But the add.cgi and search.cgi files work perfectly fine.

Do you reckon it might be a server problem or a misconfiguration or what else?

I'd appreciate it if you help me out!!!

thanks

IT is most likely a server problem since you said that you were able to use it a month ago.
