Well, is there any links in your links.db? If no then you have to add. If you have manually added it inside, then you have to rebuild; then urls will be in url.db.

Yes, URL and other informations is write correctly in "link.db".

Is the path to the url.db correct? I think so.
First time installing or this suddenly occured? First time.
The version of Perl on the server is 5.003 not 5.004, it is possible de cause of the problem?
