In terms of Banner Programs, most LINKS users are using WebAdverts. There is a FAQ in the Resource Center that addresses how to put banners in your LINKS web pages.

In terms of specific banners and specific keywords, there a few LINKS users who have modified the WebAdverts program to do this. There are a few Threads in the Modification Forum that addresses this issue.
