Where do I have to go, and what do I have to do to change the design of Links 2.0. I want to customize it to fit the rest of my site. I went to site_html.pl. but when i uploaded it. everything was the same.

Use the template option.
Edit the templates in the admin directory (*).
Keep the <%tags%> in the template file.
Use SSI or include feature of Links that comes with the Enhanced Template Mod located in the Resource Center.
(*) There are also custom templates available in the Resource Center if you do not want to go through the trouble of customizing the template files. Of course, you will have to anyway since you want the Links section of your site to look like the rest of your site, right?
