Can anyone help with me with the What's Cool listings. What determines whether an item shows or not in the What's Cool section. I thought it might have been whether it was flagged as POPULAR (Yes) ..... But this doesn't seem to have an effect.

And what is the difference between POPULAR ----
POPULAR Yes and POPULAR No

Any help would be appreciated.
