This feature was working just fine took a while to run but it would send me back information. Now qith I run it I get this error in my browser:

Server Error

This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from fulfilling your request. The most likely cause is a misconfiguration.
Please ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log.

So I went to the server log to see what is said here is what I found:

[13/Oct/1999:10:14:59] failure ( 2134): for host 208.201.245.226 trying /gayinsider/cgi-bin/links/admin/nph-verify.cgi, cgi_send reports: error occurred while sending script output (IO timeout error)

Any Ideas on how to correct this problem?

How are you executing this file? If you are executing it via your web browser, it will timeout a lot quickier. With more links added to your database, you need to be keenly aware of impacts on your virtual server.

What I would recommend doing is using telnet because it is a lot quickier.
