The User's Guide is up, but is in need of lots of material! Go check it out at LinksResource.com. You can see what the approach is by looking the site over. (By the way, if the site is not rendering well on your browser, let me know. It currently is mostly CSS, with only one 3-column table for alignment; I can add more if it well help the site work better.)
