Well, the problem is really old... Everybody told me that implement cookies in rate.cgi is easy, but i'm not a perl programmer!!!

So i ask all perl programmers reading these lines: give me a hand! There is a non-working code (posted originally by IGaming) in the forum, PLEASE... make it work!

I think that a rate.cgi cookie mod will help a lot of people!
