Something funny has happened with Top Rated. I've looked at the offending fields in the links.db and they seem fine. Here is a cut and paste of the screwy part of the page.

In the screwed up parts -
"Yes" I think is the "is popular" field.
The next number is the rating and the last field is the database # of the link. I've tried rebuilding and re-rating the links but it doesn't fix the problem. If you re-rate the links the rating changes but nothing else does. What can I do? Delete the links?

Forget it. I clicked on the links a few times, rated them again and built the pages again and they fixed themselves. Only two hours spent puzzling about this.
