The default value of the Link script is to make the list with the 5 top rated. Where or what variable has to be changed so this list can be made larget, ie 25,50,75 and so on?

Look in links.cfg....You'll find the answer there....

Well, I guess that You then mean following:
# Setting for popular cutoff, can either be a percent (i.e. top 3%), or
# a fixed value (i.e. top 10). Enter 0.03 or 10 respectively.
$db_popular_cutoff = 0.05; # Top 5%
But, this above variable only change the "What'c Cool" and it has no impact to the "Top Rated Links". So if you would be able to point what in links.cfg that would help me out a bit.
