ok i was adding a lot of categories, and i went to add one more and poof internal server errrrrrr 500 on all progams so i went to check the files on my ftp and every thing in the cgi-bin was gone what happend?????

Contact your hosting company...They may have deleted the files due to abuse of CPU and Memory.
