After a day checking down this problem I have It seems that the message comes from Template.pm. I took out the
<%include header.txt%> tag in one of the home.html templates and that file works so this tells me that it seems that one of the modules is not recognizing
<%include header.txt%> as a tag. Any idea which module or what I need to do here.?
