How do you change the default table settings for home.html template?...I have tried several times to change the tables (where the main link categories and descriptions are contained) by editing site_html.pl

You need to edit the sub site_html_print_cat routine in the site_html_templates.pl file. Edit the HTML codes between the $output statements.

BTW: I know that this UBB search engine is not the best, but this has been discussed at least three times in the last week in this Forum and many more times in the LINKS Modification Forum.
