Okay, I have a really stupid question... How do you use the Cool Links section? In other words, how does a link become a Cool Link?

Cool links are calculated by percentage of Hits that the Link receives.
Example:
$db_popular_cutoff = 10;
Top Ten sites with the most hits.
$db_popular_cutoff = .10;
Top Ten pecent
