Not sure if this is off topic but I'll say it anyway!

A while back I created a set of templates from scratch using my own css file etc... for links 2. I posted these templates in the resource center and provide them to people for free. Although I do state that they must (as most links 2 templates designers do) leave the text:
templates by ...... at the bottom. I think that is only fair seeing that I put in alot of work to create them......

I saw a site in the resources center using the templates. The webmaster has not only removed the text but has replaced it saying design .... by himself!

I know there's no real requirement to leave the text at the bottom but it would be nice if people did so. Or if they did want to remove it atleast ask you first.

Have you tried notifying the webmaster of the site? I have noticed a few Links 2.0 users who have copied the HTML codes in my site and I am currently working on a cloaking solution (too bad...I am sure that Tim Berners Lee, founder of HTML and director of the W3 Consortium, is a bit upset about how HTML as an open source language has been abused)...so, I do understand your frustration.
