I have installed Links on my server with no problem, I have two questions!
1- Is it possible to give out Search boxes to other web masters? (same as GOTO)
2-The directory that appears on home page looks bad, the distances are great and the font is not the nicest. Is there a way to edit the out come of directory? I want it to look exactly like Yahoo with functional sub directories.

Yes, by adding in instructions for copying and pasting, you can allow people to put your search form on their sites.

With regards to editing the category layout on the home page, you have to edit the sub site_html_cat routine in the site_html_templates.pl file, which towards the bottom of the file. You will see a series of $output statements. You can change the table and also font styles between the $output statements. If you are using Cascading Style Sheets (.css) in your site, then you will have to edit the .css file.

There is a recent Thread in this Forum about new .css files on the Net that you could use for your site.
