Greetings,

I am in the process of installing v 2.x and have not chosen a banner script. I would like to know what scripts work well with Links and if SSI's or Non are perfered with the script.

I would perfer non ssi but will use them if any one has experienced significant advanteges.

Ideas and opions are welcome.

Hi, I'm currently working with that, myself. I use Cliff's banner rotater, which uses SSI. It works fine with Links v2.0. My only problem at this point is getting the absolute paths to work for the differnent directory levels (categories vs. subcategories, for example), but I think that might just be my server setup.

Anyway, I believe Cliffs URL is www.shavenferret.com/scripts/

I'm using Bannermaster, it seems to work seemlessly. You can use SSI or href or you can use both at once. Bannermaster will track usage and monitor accounts.

I've been able to target whats new, whats cool, top rated, home page and general catagories. I havn't been able to target specific catagories yet. I've been able to do the same thing with buttons too.
