I may be premature in asking this, but I just got this script up and running and am about to start entering links. I have a site with over 2000 links, and am unable to keep up with doing everything manually, so that's why I got this script. Now I am building my pages to a temp folder until I have updated all the links, then I plan to change over to my regular format. What I'm wondering, before I add everything is if this is going to be a problem? I'm not sure if I am explaining all this right, I know what I'm trying to say

I did that once without any problems. You just have to edit your paths in links.cfg when building in a new directory, and of course copy the db files and all to the new location. Don't copy any built pages, the script will build those. Some editing of the templates might also be needed, if you hard-code any paths there.
