I checked the FAQ and other posts here. I'd like to select several related categories, but in the listing they are not next to each other. I can't figure out how to highlight several categories which aren't right next to each other. Is this possible?

Where do you want to "highlight" categories? Could you please be more specific.

When creating or modifying categories, I can select "related" categories which get added to the page as links. To do this, I just highlight the categories I want to add, and they appear as "related categories" right under the links.

I'd like to select multiple related categories which aren't right next to each other on the list.

This might help. On this page, you see the results of the "Related Categories" I highlighted when I created the category:

They all start with "Entertainment:" I'd like to select just "Entertainment:Movies" and "Entertainment:Television", and not get the ones inbetween.

I'm trying to ask - how can I select two categories which are separated by others?

All you have to do in the Modify Category option in LINKS MANAGER console is hold the CTRL key and click your mouse on ONLY the Related Categories that you want to appear for that particular category.
