The drop down list is built in sub site_html_add_form. You'll find this in site_html_templates.pl or site_html.pl depending whether or not you use templates. The routine is called from add.cgi. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply. Any idea why the drop down menu is no longer present on the page? It was there at one time.

I am using templates so if I were to go into site_html_templates.pl what do I edit/change/modify so that the menu returns?

Since this was available before it is likely that you have modified the code somewhere. Have you applied any MODs recently?

I'm glad you asked. earlier while trying to clear up that banner problem as stated in the earlier post, I edited all the html templates in the cgi-bin/links/admin/templates to reflect how I wanted them to look i.e. get rid of the banner and replace it with my own and uploaded them replacing the ones that were there. I believe this may have been what caused it..I'm not sure, but it's probably more than a coincedence.

I think I may have found your problem: You have "& l t ;" (without spaces) instead of "<" in your template.
