CGI Error suddenly!!!

CGI Error suddenly!!!
Suddenly I got a CGI error, just added some more links today, and I wanted to rebuild my pages, and then got this error :

One of the files in your admin/data/rates directory is corrupted somehow. If you can figure out which one and either edit or delete it, it should fix the problem.
