Just had a look at your site, a few things, I would immediately password protect your admin script, when I wen to build all, I got a nph_build.cgi script error. To me this suggests that your chmod settings are wrong, or your paths are wrong in your links.cfg file.
I have seen instances like this before a while back, it may also be that in your scripts youmay have to define the exact path to the links.cfg file at present it will look something like: admin/links.cfg change this to the full path and then rebuild your site via the admin script.
If all this fails, post your links.cfg file here (Upload it in .txt format and provide a url to it) Someone will have a look and try and debug your script for you.
