Is there a way to get links from other link sites? Like maybe some software to "spider" a specific domain(s).

I found some software that allows me to enter keywords and it will search for domains and then search for an email address on the site. However there are sites with strictly the links I am looking to add my link site that I would like to "search" or import from.
