I have links 2 installed but i want to reinstall it due to many problems with it... what files do i need to backup in order to save my database? and after i install the new script do i just paste those files in?

There should already be backups of the pertinent files in the backup directory.

The most relevant files for re-installing links are:

1) links.db
2) categories.db
3) linksid.txt
4) categoryid.txt

as discussed quite a few times in these forums.

The other files are not really needed for a re-installation.
