I added some new categories and they refuse to show up. I can access them to delete them , but thats it. Also am i suppose to receive an email letting me know that I need to validate a new link?

Did you rebuild (Build All) after adding new cats? second question, yes, you should receive an email; did you enter your admin email address in the links.cfg file?

Categories showed up. I added a few test links and then deleted them, but they still show up on the hompage, I even hit build all again and they are still there. Is it normally easy as checking the box next to the link you want to remove and puff its deleted?

no mail still does this look correct?

Check the box, then hit the delete button, yes they should puff away. A rebuild should create a page without them. Did you hit refresh screen (in your browser), to make sure you're not looking at a cached page?

The mail looks okay, ask your host if that is the correct path to sendmail, some are minorly different.
