This is the error:

Can't open for output counter file. Reason: Is a directory
Script Location : /data1/hypermart.net/inlandpac2/cgi-bin/links/rate.cgi
I have read through the forums and have read all that was related to this type of error. I went through the links.cfg and rate.cgi scripts and everything seems to be in order.

The path is pointing to ***/admin/data/rates which is correct.

Can anyone help me figure out how I can solve this problem?
