I am unsure of the best way to add new sites. I receive an e-mail telling me that there is a link to be validated and to go to the admin site. I go there and click on validate and it shows me all the test links that I have entered through my add page. 2 questions: How can I get rid of these test links? and What is the proper procedure for adding new links? I have been adding by copy and paste from the e-mails that I receive.

When you go to the validate, there should be radio buttons at the bottom of each entry. Selecting "validate" adds the link to your database (you can make any changes to the link you want first). If you don't want it added, select the "delete" option. Selecting "delete" also sends your "we didn't add your site" e-mail out.

You shouldn't ever have to cut and paste anything from your e-mail. If the radio fields aren't there, you may have a problem with your admin html file...try uploading it again.
