Please help on "top-rated!"
Even though some links have been rated 10, they don't show up on "Top rated" list (after buiding up).
what I get is this:
"Top 10 Resources (by Rating) -- with at least 10 votes
Rating # Votes Resource
Top 10 Resources (by Votes) -- with at least 10 votes
Rating # Votes Resource"
The ratings/index.html file also shows this only. Perhaps it is not being written on.
What mistake have I done.
I recently introduced the "3-level New and "updated" modifications".
Have I bungled anywhere?

IT is NOT based on RATING of 10, but MINIMAL of 10 Votes.
