Hi!
I installed Links 2.0 and I am sure, I did everything correctly because everthing works exept of ...The links and the description of the links won't be shown!!!
Any Ideas?

Well, did you "build your index" via the Build options in the LINKS MANAGER Console? Did you also change the permissions of your LINKS directory to 777?

Thanks for your hint, but that was not the problem: I edited the html-templates manually in purpose to run the links-site in german, and I made a mistake in links.html!!! After 1 hour of searching I found the wrong tag(I had to got through all cgis until I had the idea to look at the htmls :-( ), fixed it and-voila, now it works!
