I believe in being fair but that is not by point. Gossamer has a great product but when you allow people that are snippy to represent you, what is the point? Sure, you guys are techiw and probably thrive on figuring out technical glitches and writing scripts but once you start charging for your product you better start acting like real sales people. I have been in sales for too many years to have anyone argue that point with me. This product is probably worth much more than GT is charging but you better be prepaid to offer "sweetened" customer service to go along with it or you will fold up. There's just too much competition out there tonot treat people respectfully. Then again, maybe this is just a hobbie for you guys? Where I come from, a paying customer is always right unless you are losing money on serving him. It's not just you guys, the whole industry is like this. Disrespectful to customers. However, there are those shining few out there that excel in customer service and that's were I am going to do my business. I have spent over $30k in the last 2 months on scripting and programs alone. If Gossamer wants some of my money, they better treat me with respect.

Yeah you have to remember that all the people posting answers in this links 2 forum are doing so just out of kindess, wanting to help etc... No one is representing gossamer in any way, nor are they getting any payment out of it, they're just other links users themselves who want to point people in the right direction. It is difficult because although I'm happy to help people I don't enjoy posting the same answers to the same questions week in week out. It soon becomes tiring plus if it's been answered many times before it's not really needed.

In terms of support and info these gossamer scripts have the best I've seen. ie. the links 2 forum alone has something like over 60000 posts (a lot of info). Plus it has a huge number of user contributed mods etc... and so all these points in my opinion rank it above other similar directories etc.. out there.

That is a monster load of links above, glennu! The most I've ever seen in any single entry in any thread - especially by a volunteer - you must be from Tennessee!
