When someone subscribes to the newsletter I was getting an email notifying me that they had subscribed. Suddenly I am not getting this email. I do get an email when someone adds a link to the database, so that I can go verify it. Any ideas?

You were receiving email notification when people subscribe to the newsletter? That is not supposed to happen. Did you hack the subscribe.cgi file? If so, what codes did you hack.

You are probably right Eliot, my wife was trying to tell me the same. I think I am thinking of when I had my list on another cgi mail program (mailmachine.cgi or something). But I want to keep my list on links so I can inform subscribers of new links additions easily. I was hoping it sent an email so I could email new subscribers to confirm that they were the actual ones to subscribe.
