I dont know if its an permission issue or just an update needed for the fact, that the new links remains new forever, modifyin the links from within admin area, changing links from Isnew yes to Isnew No, doesnt have any effect, it changes back, im pretty sure i have all permissions right, would appreciate if someone knew if there is an update/bugfix needed.

Did you do the Build All- and then Choose Staggered AUTO

Yes, it sure did look good :) but it didnt help, however it updated the cutoff day, for new links. I changed it to 1 i presume its the lowest number?, so ill just have to wait i guess, but its weird changing Isnew NO in admin still dont work, i still think there is an update out there.

No there isn't an update or bigfix needed.
It works fine for me and I asume 99% of other Links2 users so I don't know what to suggest really apart from checking that the new cutoff variable in links.cfg is correct and that you haven't modified anything else you shouldn't have.
If nothing seems to work then you may have to re-install.
