I am thinking is ti possible for Link2.0 to integrate with MySQLMan. I mean since LinkSQL going cost a lot and I am trying my best to build a full scale non-profit search engine. Please advise me on what you think.

Links 2.0 is not complatible whith SQL. It wouldn't be very usefull, even if it is, because 2.0 can only handle about 5000 links. Maybe you can ask Alex if you can work out an alternative price or an installment schedule for LINKS SQL.
