I think your question here is... how do you go about making your site look like the site you mentioned above. If that is the question. The answer is ... use templates to make links have the "taste and feel" of how ever you want it to on your pages.
Do a search using some keywords of choice and see how to make your own templates. To do this you would do well to start at the

and click on the Templates link.
Once you download a few of the sample templates you can easily see what modules they changed to make it all work the way they wanted to. Be sure to do "copy backups" of your current templates and modules in the downloaded Templates. Also, down load the templates (and other files) into a seperate directory so you have better control over what you overwrite later.
