Modification Validation Problem

Modification Validation Problem
When a user modifies their site, the form goes through. I receive an email of the modification. When I check the links validation list, the modification is not in there. I'm not receiving any error messages. This was working a week or two ago. I'm at a loss as to what happened, or how to fix this.

Any help will be great!
