What is the easiest way to create "META TAGS" for each page of the site? Is it even possible? Im talking about the "index.html" file for each of the catagories and/or subcatagories.. Can i create Meta-Tags relevent to that particular catagory only?

There are a couple methods:

1) Use a WYSIWYG Editor (like Front Page or DreamWeaver) that allows you to create the Meta Tags and can be copied into your LINKS Manager or use the Editors to "create" your index.

2) Use an on-line Meta Tag Generator (many are linked in some of the LINKS sites for Webmasters).
