After upgrading from Links 1.11 to Links 2 the new added links don't show up in alphabetic order.

All I can find there is about expired links.
The URL's submitted in Links 1.11 are in alphabetic order, I want the same in Links 2.
Also how can I get the voting/rating to work on the (old) URL's? It works fine on the new submitted links.
And is it possible that when visitors submit a link they can also choose to receive email updates? Now I only see it in the admin...
