I have uploaded my links2 at hypermart but
everytime i upload it will keep loading please HELP ME!!!!!!

It is not "loading", but prompting to "download".

Anyway...here are things to check:

1) The Perl Path in the first line of the file.

2) Permission set to 755 (rwxr-xr-x).

3) The path for the links.cfg file in the admin.cgi is correct (using the ABSOLUTE PATH).

BTW: This type of question SHOULD be asked in the Installation Forums!
