A Hacker, broke into my computer last night and didn't wasted anytime deleting the web site has my links on it. I able to recover nearly all my the files. The problem is that all 5000 of the files are in just one directory. The recovery process doesn't include all the sub directories.

Can anyone recommend a good plan of action to get my links going again?
