Well, I normally use SSI, and seeing that it doesnt work with CGI scripts, is there a file that is universal to ALL the scripts? [such as add, modify, etc], so that I could just modify one file, and have it appear changed on all the pages (for example, if I changed a bit of the nav bar, I would have to go thru the templates and change them all)
