My problem is that I need to use those "things" in some words and it doesn't let me. Any solution?

You will need to edit the valid expression column for both the Name field in the category.def file and the Category field in the links.def.

Couple suggestions:

1) Install the Non-English Mod, which allows many special characters in fields AND/OR

2) Read the following Thread to add special regular expressions in the valid expression column in your definition files (*.def). (HINT: Replace & with the characters you want to add.):

I installed the non english mod and changed the files and nothing...it doesn't work. To install the non english mod I just need to replace the original files with the new files, right? That's what I did and nothing. Everytime I try to use the ç character for example I get "Name (Invalid format)" error.
