How is this program set up to sort?
When building pages which field is used to sort the results by? And can you change the field

take a look at my files and pages the links are not alphabetized by title and I haven't been able to figure out what field the program is using to sort?

The sorting is done in sub build_sorthit in db_utils.pl

It can be changed but you'll need a little perl knowledge.
