Nothing else needs to be said, but it certainly couldn't hurt to offer more info. For instance, who are you and why are you offering free hosting?

I have been offered free hosting by someone I trust, but I turned it down because I want to avoid any ownership issues down the road, maintain control of my database, and know the support situation behind my server. These are issues that I think any responsible webmaster would want to take into account.
