I been having a problem with the hit counter it seems to never update, It never generates the files in the Hits file but the index.count file does go up when a link is added, I get no error messages when I do a build, everything else with the script works great except for counting hits all permissions are as stated in the readme file

index.count shouldn't go up when a link is added (it's calculated when you rebuild). linksid.txt however should go up by 1 each time a link is added.
