i have a question: How can i change the link that is displayed in my top_rated setion? I mean it links now directly to my file but i want the download to be counted.. how can i make this happen? (so link it to jump.cgi)

as mentioned before in the forums (top rated)...

you need to edit the sub build_rate_page in the nph-build.cgi...look for HTML codes in the sub, then edit then accordingly.
