also try http://www.virtualave.net free hosting allowing CGI, Perl, SSI, Sendmail, virtual email forwarding (so you can have endless names@, 20 megs
Drawbacks: No LWP, No Io sockets, sendmail takes 30 min or so to actually que up your mail on it's server. Must include code to insert they're banners.
