Where are the header and footer that you input in links.cfg used. I inputted the header and footer I wanted to use and built the site however the header and footer were not used anywhere. I would like to implement the same header and footer throughout the site without having to enter it in each template, just calling it. I saw the FAQ about this and it did not seem to apply to me as I do not want to use SSI. I just want to edit one file for the whole site.
