HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden
When I try the category pages like http://www.dom.com/cgi-bin/links/pages/Automotive/ it is giving the Http Error 403 - Forbidden,

But if I try with the full path including the index.html http://www.dom.com/cgi-bin/links/pages/Automotive/index.html it works.

How can I correct this problem?

You should build the Links pages outside your cgi-bin.
