Is there anyway to make the links show in the order in which they were entered or even better yet be able to be "featured" so that they always appear first in the link lists?

What we use is the simple hidden tag before the name like such.
<!1>Site Title
in this way, we can put
<!1> before titles, and they will appear first, if we have more then 1 of these, then they will appear at the top in alphabetical order, ofcourse we also had to chop out the rating, and new area from the script so that it wouldn't put the new sites above the sites we wanted at the top.
Sorry I can't be more specific, as we did it a while ago, and can't remember exactly where it was that we chopped out the ratings and new area from the script
